Sound Immersion

Join Songbird Sound Healing in a meditative journey to relaxation and a renewed spirit. We invite you to become a part of the immersion. Set your intention, close your eyes, and be carried by the healing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystals, gongs, vocals, drums, and more. The use of these instruments will deepen your meditation and open the pathway to healing. Feel free to bring anything you might want to lay comfortably on the floor. This may include mats, blankets, pillows, etc. Please allow some extra time to get settled before the sound immersion begins.
